You may contact us via WhatsApp or email. You may also message our official social media channels. Our support team will assist you and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Any confirmations shared over WhatsApp or email (including pricing, availability, shipping timelines, delivery charges, special handling notes) form part of your order record.

3) Product nature and variations

SUNDUUK curates and sells antique furniture, vintage items, reclaimed materials, home decor, arts and craft items, and related products (“Products”).

Due to the nature of antique and handcrafted goods, natural variations and characteristics may exist, including patina, minor wear, irregularities, grain variation, and small imperfections. These are not considered defects unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Product photos and measurements are provided in good faith. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade nature, and restoration limitations.

4) Availability, pricing, and corrections

• Many Products are one of a kind and subject to availability.

• Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

• If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

5) Orders and confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

1. Availability is confirmed by SUNDUUK,

2. You provide complete delivery details,

3. Final price and any delivery charges are agreed, and

4. Payment is received and SUNDUUK sends a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

6) Payments

We accept online payments including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through payment partners. We do not store complete card details such as CVV on our servers.

7) Shipping and delivery (India and international)

1. We ship within India. We also support international shipping for selected Products, subject to feasibility based on product size, fragility, and destination.

2. We work with third-party logistics and delivery partners to carry out delivery.

3. Delivery timelines vary and will be confirmed during order confirmation over WhatsApp or email.

4. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local levies (if any) are typically payable by the customer unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

5. All Products sold by SUNDUUK are sourced from India. We do not list imported goods on the Website.

8) Delivery access and customer responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring safe access at the delivery location, including doorway width, lift size, staircase turns, entry permissions, parking access, and road accessibility. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or access constraints, additional charges for reattempt, storage, or rescheduling may apply.

9) Inspection at delivery and transit issues

You must inspect outer packaging at the time of delivery. Transit damage or wrong item claims are handled only as per our Return and Refund Policy, including the unboxing video requirement and reporting timeline.

10) Cancellations

Because Products are often one of a kind and may be reserved, packed, or shipped quickly, cancellations after confirmation may not be possible. If a cancellation is accepted by SUNDUUK in writing, payment gateway charges and any costs already incurred (packing or logistics) may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law.

11) Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy available on the Website.

12) Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including product photographs, descriptions, branding, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Levelgrid Software Development Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUNDUUK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount paid for that Product.
